Project X: Uprising Aftermath

Psyko Audio had an intense weekend, spending most of it as a witness to a three day LAN Tournament goer at the Project X - Uprising.  Psyko Audio was one of the many proud sponsors that was able to help the event, but one of the few that actually stayed to soak in the atmosphere of the tournament.

Three days of straight gaming with the only light coming from your monitor is something that few have experienced, and this is exactly the audience Psyko wants to associate with.  The passion that exudes from the participants is like nothing other and is what gaming is all about.  Less sleep and more games is what makes a gamer 'hardcore' and Project X captured this feeling throughout the weekend.

A couple of highlights included:

*Team Liquid Matrix - the 5 man team that came out on top and won the Modern Warfare 2 Tournament.  Team Member Tim attributed his team's success to the Psyko 5.1 Headset and is was thrilling to see the game winning kill come from the man donning our own brand.


*Arman - The winner of the Psyko 5.1 PC Gaming Headset crushing his old headset in front of everyone and demonstrating his excitement for his brand new prize.



*The many people that came and tried out the Psyko 5.1 Headset and chatted with us over the weekend.  It was great to talk games, headsets, and just have a great time with you all.

Next year is already planned and in the works and we will definitely see everyone back at Project X Redemption.
