Who is Psyko Audio Labs?
Psyko Audio Labs Inc. is a private, Calgary-based consumer electronics company. We develop gaming headphones that deliver naturally immersive sound and precision directionality.  Psyko Audios Labs products are fuelled by our patent pending PsykoWave™ technology. Where did the name Psyko come from?
Our name comes from Psychoacoustics, the body of science that studies how we hear and interpret sound.

What is the advantage to Gamers?
We deliver precision directional audio. A gamer gets instant positional awareness. They know exactly where their enemies are coming from. Its not just from behind them somewhere, they can really hear them coming from a precise location. What this means to gamers is faster reaction times, improved kill ratios, and more immersive play.
In addition, our headphones are a lot easier to setup than a 5.1 room system. Getting speakers located precisely is difficult. When you wear our headphones, everything is automatically in the right place. You just put them on and you are always in the audio sweet spot. You are positioned to hear everything the way it was meant to sound. Gamers tell us they hear more wearing our headset than they do with other headphones or with conventional 5.1 room systems.

How is this different from normal headphones?
The basic headphone design has not changed dramatically in decades. They all basically deliver left sounds into your left ear and right sounds into your right ear. The sad truth is, it is not even true stereo, its dual mono. There are techniques to compensate for this limitation, which require Digital Signal Processing (DSP), but it does not work for everyone and introduces latency, The DSP techniques are like giving everyone generic prescription glasses, they’ll work well for some people, but the rest of us, not so much. Our headphones deliver all natural sound that everyone will hear to the limits of their audio acuity, with no latency.
